Please remind your student to stop by and check for missing belongings. These lost treasures are ready to find their way home! The tables are set up in the cafeteria! 💙🤍
A friendly tip: Label your child’s items so we can help return them when they’re misplaced! 😊

📊📚 Driving Student Success at Riverdale Middle School! 📚📊
Riverdale Middle School teachers recently participated in a Guided Learning Session with Mr. Jay Clark from the Hancock County ESC!
General education teachers and intervention specialists in grades 5–8 from Math, Science, and English Language Arts worked together using the Ohio State Testing Portal, specifically the Centralized Reporting System (CRS) and Assessment Authoring.
Teachers reviewed and analyzed the previous year's state test results to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and instructional priorities to help our students succeed this school year.
👏 A big thank you to Mr. Jay Clark, Special Education and Curriculum/Instruction Director at the Hancock County ESC, for sharing his knowledge and guiding our staff through this valuable learning experience!

🎈🔬 Science in Action at Riverdale Middle School! 🔬🎈
Students in Mr. Frey's Middle School Science class put Newton's Third Law of Motion to the test with a fun, hands-on Balloon Battle Lab!
Using balloons and straws, students explored how air escaping from a balloon creates a force that sends it moving in the opposite direction. 🚀
Throughout the activity, students made predictions, tested their ideas, collected data, and worked together to better understand forces and motion.
👏 What a great way to bring science to life while making learning fun!
💙🤍 Way to go, Falcons! Keep learning, exploring, and discovering! 🦅

🧮🎉 Math + Shaving Cream = Learning Fun! 🎉🧮
Who says math can't be a little messy? 😃
Students in Ms. Marshall's Riverdale Middle School math class took a hands-on approach to learning by using shaving cream to solve math problems!
Instead of pencils and paper, students used their fingers and shaving cream to work through problems while having a little fun along the way! ✏️🫧
What a creative way to make math engaging and memorable!
💙🤍 Great job, Falcons! 🦅
