⚽ Captain Series: Boys Soccer

Leadership isn’t defined by age or experience, it’s about the example you set and the impact you have on those around you.

This season, three Falcons will take on the responsibility of leading our boys soccer team:

🔵 Dom Miller — Senior
🔵 Cameron Snook — Junior
🔵 Gio Noascono — Sophomore

With three different grade levels represented, each captain brings a unique perspective to the team. Together, they’ll help set the tone, build team chemistry, and push their teammates to be better every day.

We’re excited to have Dom, Cameron, and Gio leading the Falcons this season!

“Leadership is earned through actions, not given by a title.”

Falcon Weekend Packs are open to anyone who is in need of food assistance and has a student at Riverdale Local Schools. Food bags will be sent out every two weeks and contain meals and snacks for the entire family. We recommend parents pick these up in the office for smaller students as the bags can be heavy. However, the options are to send home with a student, pick up by parent and deliver if in the school district. The first set of bags will go out at the end of September.

If you have any questions please contact Jill Schlarb.

FALCON CAPTAIN SERIES — CROSS COUNTRY 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We’re continuing our Falcon Captain Series by recognizing our two senior Cross Country captains, Annalese Woodruff and Addi Manns!

As the overall captains for Riverdale Cross Country, Annalese and Addi will help lead both the boys' and girls' teams throughout the season. Their leadership, commitment, and determination will help set the tone for the entire program.

Annalese Woodruff recently led the way for Riverdale at the Icebreaker Challenge, finishing 13th with a time of 21:13.46.

Addi Manns also competed at the Icebreaker Challenge, finishing 89th with a time of 25:13.69.

As seniors and overall captains, Annalese and Addi have the opportunity to make an impact far beyond their own races helping encourage, support, and lead their teammates through every mile of the season.

“Success in cross-country is not measured by the number of wins, but by the ability to endure the journey.”
— Deena Kastor

Congratulations to our Cross Country captains, Annalese & Addi!
