Falcon Weekend Packs are open to anyone who is in need of food assistance and has a student at Riverdale Local Schools. Food bags will be sent out every two weeks and contain meals and snacks for the entire family. We recommend parents pick these up in the office for smaller students as the bags can be heavy. However, the options are to send home with a student, pick up by parent and deliver if in the school district. The first set of bags will go out at the end of September.
If you have any questions please contact Jill Schlarb.

We’re continuing our Falcon Captain Series by recognizing our two senior Cross Country captains, Annalese Woodruff and Addi Manns!
As the overall captains for Riverdale Cross Country, Annalese and Addi will help lead both the boys' and girls' teams throughout the season. Their leadership, commitment, and determination will help set the tone for the entire program.
Annalese Woodruff recently led the way for Riverdale at the Icebreaker Challenge, finishing 13th with a time of 21:13.46.
Addi Manns also competed at the Icebreaker Challenge, finishing 89th with a time of 25:13.69.

Four captains. Four different ways to lead. One team.
Friday night, the Falcons earned their first win of the season, and our four senior captains showed exactly what leadership can look like when the lights come on.
⭐ Kydin Reed — Senior
Kydin put together a tremendous performance, accounting for over 300 yards of total offense and helping lead the Falcons to their first victory.
⭐ Cale Young — Senior
Cale made his presence felt through the air, finishing with 6 receptions for over 100 yards and coming up with big plays when his team needed them.
⭐ Kaleb Risner — Senior
At middle linebacker, Kaleb was all over the field, recording an impressive 14 tackles and setting the tone for the Falcons' defense.
⭐ Wyatt Leeth — Senior
Up front, Wyatt led the offensive line in a game where the Falcons rushed for over 100 yards. His leadership and physicality helped create the opportunities for the offense to move the football.
Four different positions. Four different responsibilities. Four different ways to make an impact.
That's what leadership looks like.
Congratulations to Wyatt, Kydin, Kaleb, and Cale and to the entire Falcons team on earning that first win! 🦅💙
“Individual commitment to a group effort—that is what makes a team work.”
— Vince Lombardi
Lead together. Win together.

Good morning, Falcon families!
Changes have been made to our bus routes beginning this afternoon, which may result in changes to your student's drop-off time.
We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to download the My Ride K-12 bus app to stay up to date on your child's transportation information and drop-off times.
Don't have the app or need help getting started?

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to keep our Falcon families informed!

Riverdale High School girls soccer players Marissa Bonham, Taryn Headington, Bristel Cramner, Ryleigh Howard, Janelle Best, Sophie Weatherholtz, Emma Kemmere, Snow Neil, Paige Stapley-Arlington, and Jael Perkins came together to give our students and staff a special back-to-school surprise!
The girls spent part of their last day of summer break decorating the entrances to our school with colorful chalk drawings and welcoming messages for the first day of school.
We want to send a big THANK YOU to these ladies for taking the time to dress up our school and help welcome everyone back for another great year at Riverdale!
We appreciate you and your Falcon spirit!
