Happy National Marching Band Day! Marching Band is a wonderful way to have students involved in physical activity, making music, performing, memorizing, and being a part of a team, all at once!
Our band members work hard daily to perform in not only marching band, but pep band and concert band too! They strive to be their best and bring Riverdale spirit and pride to every performance whether it is supporting our football and basketball players, representing our school at fair shows, or performing complex works at our concerts. Our band students are AWESOME!

Our Riverdale JH Quiz Bowl team has achieved 2nd place in The Hancock County JH Quiz Bowl League with a victory over McComb, 185 to 165. This victory ensures a Plaque in honor of the kids hard work!!

Varsity Volleyball Coaching Position – Riverdale
Riverdale High School is seeking applicants for the Varsity Volleyball Coaching position for the upcoming 2026 season.
We are looking for a motivated, positive leader who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, knowledge of the game, and the ability to build and sustain a competitive program rooted in teamwork, sportsmanship, and character.
