Congratulations to the Riverdale Falcon Marching Band for their fantastic performance in the Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade today! #BluePride

Thank you to Senator Rob McColley and State Representative Jon Cross for visiting Mr. Brown's Technology classes today. Our students gave demonstrations to highlight the skills they have learned in the different classes offered at Riverdale. The students gave demonstrations on 3D-Printing, CAD, Plasma Cutting, Laser Engraving and Fiber Lasers. It was a pleasure to show you the accomplishments of our amazing students and teacher.

The Riverdale Falcon Marching Band will be featured in The Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday March 12 @ 12:30pm CST! The parade will be streamed by http://abc7chicago.com/ and we are 67th in line! #BluePride

Slightly used sneakers of any style, size or condition are being collected by the Child Evangelism Fellowship. They may be dropped off March--May 1st at: Riverdale School Office Forest United Methodist Church or Shear Edge Salon in Forest

Riverdale was invited to attend the Student Leadership Conference at Defiance College today. Eight students were chosen based on current leadership positions in the school. Paige Rothlisberger, David Borkosky, Liberty Cummings, Haidyn Thacker, and Connor Driskill represented Riverdale well and had a great time! Congratulations to those chosen and thank you for being student leaders in our school!

We had a bunch of 1st grade "bugs" in their music jamboree, Bugz! Great job!! #BluePride

Congratulations to the HS Varsity Quiz Bowl team. They finished 4th out of 24 teams Tuesday at Wright State Lake Campus Scholastic Bowl, losing to the 2nd place team by only one question and the 3rd place team by only 2. Their finish in this regional tournament earned the team a SECOND qualifying invitation to both NAQT Small School Nationals and NAQT High School Nationals. They are the first Riverdale team to earn 2 invitations to both these highly prestigious national tournaments in the same year. Wonderful job team, you continue to represent our district at its very best! Go Falcon 🧠s!!!!!

Congratulations to the High School Quiz Bowl team for winning 1st place at the 2022 Hardin County Tournament.

The elementary school will be celebrating Read Across America Week 2/28-3/4. Help celebrate by dressing up to match the Dr. Seuss book of the day! Monday- The Cat in the Hat -wear stripes, red and white, or a hat Tuesday-Green Eggs and Ham - wear green Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday - wear wacky/mismatched clothes Thursday - Oh, The Places You’ll Go - wear a college shirt or jersey Friday - Fox in Socks - wear crazy socks

Be the Light! Join us for a fun evening of raising awareness and breaking stigma for mental health on 5/20/2022! We will have a kids run, 5K glow run, door prizes, and a family movie to end the evening. There will be snacks available for purchase with the movie.
